I love the custom design and the photos look great. But I noticed a tiny scratch on the print after the first wash – maybe I was too rough, but I’m a little disappointed. The mug is still usable and looks good from a distance. Just a heads up, hand wash might be better.
Overall I’m happy with the mug. The print is vibrant and the handle is comfortable. The only downside is that the mug feels a bit thin – I wish the ceramic was a little thicker so it would retain heat better. Still works fine, just not as heavy as I thought.
