Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of photo works best for the blanket?
We recommend a clear, well-lit photo where your baby's face is visible. Smartphone photos work great! Our designers will professionally retouch your photo for free — adjusting brightness, contrast, and color so it looks beautiful on the blanket. If you're unsure, feel free to upload your photo and we'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.
What size blanket should I choose?
Our 40×50" (101×127cm) is perfect for the nursery — great as a crib blanket or stroller cover. The 50×60" (127×152cm) is our most popular size, ideal for tummy time and couch cuddles. The 60×80" (152×203cm) is a full family-size throw that'll grow with your child for years to come. See our size comparison table below for a quick overview.
Is the blanket safe for newborns?
Yes! Our fleece is 100% polyester microfleece — hypoallergenic, free from harmful chemicals, and incredibly gentle on baby's delicate skin. The dye-sublimation printing process uses non-toxic, water-based inks that are completely safe. For newborns, we recommend always following safe sleep guidelines.
How long does it take to receive my personalized blanket?
Each blanket is custom-printed just for you. Production takes 2-4 business days, and shipping typically takes 7-12 business days for standard delivery to the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your blanket's journey.
Can I include multiple photos or just one?
Our standard design features one beautiful photo displayed prominently across the blanket. If you'd like to include multiple photos, please contact our support team at support@trinmama.com and we'll work with you to create a custom collage layout. We're always happy to help bring your vision to life!
