The mug is nice and the picture is clear, but I feel like the ceramic could be a little thicker. It feels a bit lightweight. Still works fine and is microwave safe. Just a preference.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, about 2 weeks instead of the estimated 5 days. But the mug itself is lovely and the personalization is accurate. Just plan ahead if ordering for a gift.
