I bought this for my friend's birthday and she liked it. The vintage oil painting effect is really cool. However, the packaging could have been better - it came in a box but the mug was a bit loose inside. Luckily it wasn't damaged. Also, the mug handle is a bit small for my taste, but my friend has smaller hands so it's fine for her. Overall, good product, just minor issues.

The mug looks great and the personalization is perfect. But it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected - about 2 weeks instead of the 5-7 days. Also, the print is not as durable in the dishwasher as I hoped. After a few washes, I noticed a tiny bit of fading around the edges. Still a nice mug, just be careful with washing.
