I bought this as a gift and the recipient liked it. The print is clear and the mug is fine. My only complaint is that it took a bit longer to arrive than expected, maybe a week extra. But the quality is good. Also the handle is a bit small for my hands, but my grandpa has smaller hands so it's fine for him.

This mug exceeded my expectations. The ceramic is nice and thick, feels premium. The personalized name is perfectly centered and the font is lovely. I was worried about microwave safety but it works great, no issues. The mug is also a good size, not too small. My grandpa said it's the best mug he's ever had. Sooo happy with this purchase.
