I love the design and the face portrait is really accurate. The mug is fine in the microwave but I noticed the print is a little less vibrant after a few dishwasher cycles. I’d recommend hand washing to keep it like new. Still a great gift idea.

This mug is adorable and the custom face is done well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the material feels a little thinner than I expected – not cheap, but not super heavy ceramic. It’s still microwave safe and works fine. Just personal preference.

Bought this for my girlfriend. She really likes it and the face portrait is spot on. The mug is a standard size, but I wish it was slightly bigger for her larger coffee servings. Also the box had a small dent in the corner, but the mug itself was fine.

Got this for my sister and she liked it a lot. The print quality is nice and the packaging was cute. My only minor complaint is that the handle feels a bit thin – not uncomfortable, but could be thicker. Also took about 5 days longer than expected to arrive.

Really cute mug and the face portrait is great. The colors are a tiny bit darker than the photo I uploaded, but still looks good. I wish the mug was a little bigger for my morning coffee. Overall happy with it though.
