Custom / Personalized Products
- By submitting a customization order, you represent that you own or have the right to use any images, text, or designs provided.
- You are responsible for reviewing your customization preview carefully before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for spelling errors or design choices made by the customer.
- trinmama reserves the right to refuse any customization that violates our content guidelines (including but not limited to: illegal content, hate speech, explicit material, or trademark infringement).
- Custom products are final sale unless they arrive defective or different from the approved preview.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
- Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to terms and expiration dates. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing if a price change is significant.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, re-shipping will incur an additional charge.
