Order & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on our website and view tracking information under "My Orders." If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of shipping, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product. We'll either resend your order at no charge or issue a full refund. All shipments include basic insurance coverage.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping starts at $4.99. International orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $120. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once the package is in transit, we're unable to redirect it.

How does personalization work?

It's simple! Choose a product, click "Personalize," and you'll be guided through the customization process. Depending on the item, you can add names, dates, coordinates, birthstones, photos, or custom text. Our live preview shows exactly how your piece will look before you place your order.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes! For our custom t-shirts and apparel, you can upload your own artwork, logo, or photo. We recommend using high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) for the best print quality. You can preview your design on the product before completing your order.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For the best results, we recommend PNG or SVG with a transparent background. Photos should be at least 1000×1000 pixels. If you're unsure about your file quality, upload it anyway — our team will review it and reach out if adjustments are needed.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom and personalized items typically take 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. During busy periods (holidays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), production may take up to 7 business days. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for time-sensitive gifts.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We can accommodate changes (text, font, image swap) within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. After that window, changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately — we'll always try our best to help.

Is there a character limit for personalized text?

Character limits vary by product. Most jewelry pieces accommodate up to 20 characters per line, while t-shirts support longer text. The customization tool will show you the exact limit and warn you if text exceeds the available space.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Custom and personalized items are covered under our quality guarantee — see below.

Can I exchange a personalized item?

Since personalized items are made just for you, we can only accept exchanges if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the preview. In those cases, we'll gladly replace it or issue a full refund. If the personalization details match your order but you'd like different text, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@trinmama.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we don't charge restocking fees for standard returns. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window and items must be unused and in original packaging. For personalized items being returned due to buyer's remorse (not quality issues), we offer a 50% refund to account for the custom work involved.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, and 14K gold-plated brass. All metals are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and tarnish-resistant. Our t-shirts are made from 100% combed cotton (or a cotton-poly blend for certain styles) with a soft, pre-shrunk fit. All prints use eco-friendly water-based inks.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best: avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and water; store pieces in the included pouch or a dry place; gently polish with a soft cloth. Sterling silver pieces may naturally develop a patina over time — a quick polish restores the shine. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Are your t-shirts true to size?

Yes! Our t-shirts follow standard US sizing and are true to size. We recommend checking our size chart on each product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look. All shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage after washing.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Absolutely. All of our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin. Our materials are carefully sourced and tested. If you experience any irritation, please contact us — we stand behind the quality of every piece we make.

How do I wash my custom t-shirt?

Machine wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the printed area — iron the garment inside out or use a pressing cloth. Following these steps will keep your design vibrant wash after wash.
